what tha?!?!?!

so there was this fest at college recently n i was all excited n evrythin abt this buy from Infosys who came from blore give this real cool talk along with an interactive session.. he’s supposed to be in one of de higher areas of the rankin there.. I thought the session was real cool except when he jus spilled out a fact for a few brief seconds.. after which im telling u I was totally turned off by him.. this guy was talking abt how great Infosys is n how hard workin everyone is over there.. and as an example u know what he said? He said he bloody hadn’t seen his child for the first 2 years of its life… wha?? Now tell me .. Has people actually lost their minds or have I no idea what adulthood is!!!! .. now look at it this way.. everyone wants money.. now that’s obvious.. but doesn’t everyone want money to have a good life and support their family? Now what good is supporting ur family by giving jus money and u go around the world and jus talking on the phone everyday back home?.. Now I maybe a little hypercritical abt this guy .. maybe he had been just talking in relative terms on not being with his child or that I have no idea what an office atmosphere is like… but still.. he doesn’t set an example for ne1 even if he is one of de best in his field.. Look at Shah Rukh Khan, Amithabh Bhachan.. Sachin Tendulkar, etc.. now don’t tell me that these guys aren’t hard working or don’t earn their living... but by the interviews they give I have learnt so much abt how a parent shudnt get carried away by fame or money or the enormity of the work they are doing and de first n foremost thing u are supposed to care for is family and 2ndly friends. Now think abt this Infosys guy.. sad huh? Maybe I shud gift him that book by Robin Sharma “The Monk who sold his Ferrari”” on his 20th anniversary at Infosys or the day he gets appointed as its CEO.... That oughta teach him!
